  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Restocking Fees

If the return is not due to a shipping error or damaged item, a 20% restocking fee may apply, along with any applicable shipping fees.
